Organic farming

It is extremely important for consumers to know how products have been grown and where the food they eat comes from. Our crops and livestock are free from chemicals (insecticides, fungicides, acaricides), chemical herbicides, and fertilizers so as to assure consumers receive healthy products obtained with natural methods.

We would like to inform careful, conscious tourists that the farm has decided to become environmentally friendly for itself and its guests, converting all production to organic farming. Tourists will find hospitality combined with healthy products in a healthy environment.

Here is a list of vegetables organically grown in our garden: Potatoes, tomatoes, beans, fennel, green beans, basil, beet root, carrots, cabbage, onions, lettuce, peas, leak, parsley, radishes, rocket, spinach, pumpkin, courgettes, etc. used to prepare our typical dishes.

Here is a list of fruit we collect: Apples, berries, pears, etc. used also for the preparation of preserves that you will be able to enjoy.
